Initially, I’d intended to write a paragraph or two about my re-discovery of Pu‘er tea here in Hong Kong. Once I started to jot down my thoughts though I realised that it would feel much more natural to write about my tea journey as a whole rather than picking out just one type. So here it is, probably a bit lengthy but at least covering all the teas I‘ve grown fond of over the years.
