Now that my memory archive project has come to an end, I decided on a worthy successor. After five years and some months, our time in Japan is coming to an end soon. As much as time allows, I am planning to post a limited selection of everyday items or treasured concepts that I discovered whilst living here.As mentioned many times when writing posts for my memory archive, I have a slight fear of forgetting things. I already know that the same fear will creep in once we have left our Tokyo life behind, with only memories of our time here remaining. The Tokyo archive is my way of keeping these memories alive, or at least some of them. Hopefully my selection will also bring Japan and its culture a little bit closer to anyone interested in this fascinating country.
